Urban Valley combines opposite qualities. One can enjoy the intimacy of the inside garden and profit from the panoramic view over the landscape. The building consists of a stack of 3 different spheres: the level on the waterside containing the parking for cars and boats, the deck level of the bridges merging with the shops and the courtyard surrounded by the apartments. The terrace-shape of the apartments makes the compact block airy and light.
