Energy Park

This site at the edge of the city center of Leiden is characterized by the public park along the canal and the architectural heritage of the former heat-plant. The proposed city blocks in the Energy Park be integrally developed to give room to a diverse program of housing, work, culture and greenery. This project will be an open platform for co-development between hte city, developers and new and existing residents to come to a resilient and future proof neighbourhood.
