This is a feasibility study for the development of housing in a noise polluted area. Along an access road to the city center we propose a frontage elevation of 4 to 5 floors. Two gaps provide views to the deck which are positioned in the center of the block on top of the parking floor. This deck is the collective courtyard for the inhabitants of the block to which all individual terraces and balconies are oriented. Next to the housing the existing monumental villa on the plot will be renovated for a combined purpose, such as work and living.
